Thomas Hills – Creative Director and Founder of Th1

Thomas is the driving force behind this ever growing and evolving team. He is rigid in his training of staff and tirelessly pushes for perfection in himself and his team. Three words to describe Thomas – Passionate, Driven & Dedicated. Thomas is forever pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and thrives on giving every client an experience they won’t forget! With his years of experiance Thomas has built a young, strong artistic team that he pushes in every way. Thomas was a Finalist in The British Hairdressing Awards in the Southern Hairdresser Of The Year category 2015 and has also gone on to be a finalist in 2016.

Charlotte Edwards – Senior Stylist

Charlotte has worked with Thomas for many years. She has gone on from being an assistant to playing a key role in the salon with her extensive knowledge of colour and experience in cutting.  Charlotte is able to educate new members of the Th1 team with the skills Thomas gave her when she was just 16. Charlotte maintains the Th1 standard for Thomas in all aspects of her work.  She also plays a vital role back stage at Th1 presentations and photoshoots.

Lauren Killick – Senior Stylist

Lauren has worked with Thomas for 5 years.  Her passion for hairdressing is unmistakable and you see this in her everyday work. Lauren has already made presentations on The Fellowship For British Hairdressing stage with the Th1 Artistic team and the Hairdressers Journal Stage.  She is constantly looking for new ways to improve her already outstanding service to her large client base. She is continuously updating herself on the latests trends and techniques in the industry. In 2016 Lauren made it to the finals of The British Hairdressing Awards in the Newcomer Of The Year Category, this is a massive achievement in itself.

Ollie Mehra –  Senior Stylist and Manager 

Ollie has worked with Thomas for 5 years.

he completed his training at Th1 and has gone on to working creatively with the Th1 Artistic Team. He has presented his work alongside his colleagues on The Fellowship for British Hairdressing stage, Pro Hair Live Stage and Hairdressers Journal Stage, Incredible experiences such as these, combined with Ollie’s cool approach, makes him one to watch in the salon as he grows creatively in the industry. Ollie was choosen for The Fellowship For British Hairdressing ClubStar Artistic Team 2016; he worked along side 5 other memebrs that where choosen from around the country. From this Ollie has had many magazine features of his work.                                                                                  

 Jess Hayworth - Junior Stylist

Jess joined the team in 2014 and completed her training at Th1 Hair, Her drive to grow in the salon and in the industry is unquestionalbe. Jess works closely with the Th1 Hair Artistic team and will be making her debut on stage at salon international 2016. She has worked previously with the art team backstage and assisting on  photoshoots for BHA Collections.
